2003-07-08 11:59 PM Dang, I'm good AETW: read Prologue – Chapter 3
Dang, AETW is really good! Better than I remembered! (I didn’t remember a lot, just the basics of what happens in the first 12 chapters.) Coolness. I’m marking a few small things (typos, and the occasional “add descrip”), but it’s flowing amazingly well. I’m gobsmacked. Today I designed a heraldic badge for myself* and filled out all the forms and submitted it to the Baronial herald (that would be Ken). I started work on the Amenities Booklet for GWW. I did a bunch of work on the site booklet for SCA Inc. I finished warping the inkle loom (had to buy more floss) and wove half of a Vanguard of Honor armband. (Caidan award. There’s a big push to make the armbands right now. Ken’s going to try and finish the looms we still have in-progress, so we can take them to CP Prize this weekend, where they’re going to give anybody with a loom the materials and pattern to make an armband. Maybe I can teach some nonweavers how to do it. [eg].) * On a heart argent, an increscent purpure. Or, in English, a silver heart with a purple crescent on it, the points of the crescent facing left as you look at it. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
