2004-12-15 11:59 PM Stubborness prevails again words written: ~3000, on Vale & Mist story
I didn’t want to write today. Whined about it. A lot. Pharted around. A lot. Finally kicked my ass into gear and wrote a Vale & Mist story for phobos.net. Because it was due today. Not sure where it all came from, but all the info I needed, I got. I’m not saying it’s great, but it’s not bad, and I made the deadline. Phew. I also exercised for the second day in a row (an aerobic workout today), went to a chiro appt, watched an ep of “Enterprise,” chatted with Phaedra, and sat in the hot tub with my wonderful husband. Oh, and spent the morning getting my e-mail In Box down to a manageable level. (Of course, now it’s full again. Curses!) Now to watch the first ep of “Lost”—we never saw the second half of it! And, I think, reward myself with champagne. Tomorrow, back to the Magic proposal. I think the day away from it will have done my brain some good. And maybe work on the stories with Teresa, when she sends ‘em back to me. Ken spent part of the day in the attic redoing the upstairs bathroom wires so they’re out of the way and he can put in the new attic stairs. He then spent the rest of the day with a CAD program designing just how to put in the stairs and eventually rewire the entire attack. He so rocks!
