2005-04-01 1:52 PM And you're foolin' yourself... Words Written: what’s that?
Happy April! I don’t celebrate April Fool’s, because I’ve never liked having jokes played on me. I’m likely to look at Ken when he gets home tonight in all seriousness and tell him I’m pregnant, and then we’ll both laugh relieved laughs. This isn’t an April Fool’s. It’s how I try to shock him out of hiccups. I can never do it with a serious face. I’m a bad liar overall, and I don’t think that’s a bad thing. So anyway, no April Fool’s here. No “I’m quitting writing and running off to Tibet,” no “I’m pregnant and we’re moving to a smaller house,” no “I sold a novel!” Although if that latter thing happens, it would be awfully nice. <><><> Came home to a rejection from RoF. They weren’t fooling either. <><><> Ken’s home! Hurrah! Time for pizza and TV and snuggling. ---- Currently Reading: Time Management From the Inside Out, Julie Morgenstern (her Organization From the Inside Out is wonderful) Lately Listened To: RWA CDs Recently Watched: “Lost”, “Medium” Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
