Pamie’s latest (A Glamorous Holiday Lifestyle entry) made my giggle uncontrollably. Because I may not be working in Hollywood and my day job may not resemble my writing life that much, but there’s a lot that’s similar. (Scribbles note to self: Vodka martini is dinner if it has 3 olives. Good to know.) <>-<>-<> You know the scene in A-Ha's "Take On Me" video, towards the end, where the girl is back in the real world realizing that the guy is trapped in the graphic novel, and then she looks up and sees him, still in black-and-white, slamming himself between two sides of the hallway trying to break through and be in color? That’s how I feel right now. Although from the outside I’m just sitting at my desk. Inside, I’m slamming against the walls of my body trying to get out. ----
