4 days ‘til Ken gets home! That doesn’t seem like a long time, and yet it stretches out before me… I’m happy to report that things are going very well in Korea, work-wise. Unfortunately, his laptop, which we knew would need replacing soon, is officially dying, so there will be a trip to the Mac store upon his return (also to get Afalwen’s keyboard repaired)… His laptop has seen a lot of use over the years, and has held up amazingly well, all things considered. <>-<>-<> Last night, driving home, I turned off the coast road onto 5th. 5th Street has a slight rise, and as I came to the top of it, I marveled: My city is gone. The fog obliterated Victoria St. ahead of me and everything beyond it, except for a few weirdly flickering headlights at the intersection in the distance, an eerie St. Elmo’s Fire beckoning me towards my doom. I love this weather… <>-<>-<> There. Finished Chapter 10, started Chapter 11. Past my bedtime. I’m going to be a zombie tomorrow… ----
