2006-05-01 1:17 PM Fantastic, wonderful, fabulous news! I can't believe I forgot to post this here--I sent it to the OCW list and told people individually, and then I got all excited and distracted about the Publisher's Weekly ad:
Sarah and I have sold A Little Night Music to Cheek Books! For those of you who've heard about it, this is the "rock-n-roll" book we wrote four years ago with an eye towards Harlequin Blaze. It's going to be a very different book now--the Cheek editor (who is also the Black Lace editor) had us make some plot changes, and we'll essentially be writing the book from scratch. Which is fine. The language needs to be a bit different, and his suggestions have definitely made the book much stronger. It's slated for a June 2007 publication date, under the name Sarah Dale. (As in our running joke, "It's a Sarah/Dayle thing; you wouldn't understand.") Second novel sale! Read/Post Comments (9) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
