2003-03-29 10:00 AM War Controversy at Work Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (3) Well, I work at a big, international service organization, and not long after the war began, our company president sent out a company-wide message in which, among other things, he invited people in the corporate office and out in the field to put up bulletin boards with pictures and information about family members currently on active duty in the war.
A couple of days later I saw one of these bulletin boards, with a picture of a young man in a military uniform, and an American flag. I don't remember what the text above it read. But now someone has apparently complained that these should be taken down, as they might offend some of the foreign employees or guests.
