Into the New Year

Still not exercising yet, but will start again tomorrow--that's when I have to be up early to get the kids off to school, so getting back into routine will be easier.

I did eat a healthy lunch yesterday, and have another healthy lunch today:



Top Tier: Celery w/Peanut Butter (for the protein), Carrot Sticks, and 3 Grape Tomatoes (which my youngest calls tomato balls; same for the Cherry Tomatoes); Clementine




Bottom Tier: Pirogies on Cucumbers, sliced Cornbread
These are frozen pirogies--I really want to find a recipe for them and make my own though. I love them.




The whole thing together.


Still determined to make myself healthier. I'm starting to feel the lack of exercise in my back, so it'll be good to get back to it.
