2008-01-23 10:11 AM Limping Back On Track Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (0) Woke up just about on time, just had trouble dragging myself out of bed. ;) But, we did get up relatively on time, so it wasn't a crunch morning for once.
Accomplishments 1 session "chair" stretches. And, yea, did I feel it. Tight, tight, tight. Did I mention tight? :P And, does chair dancing while working count? ;) Dinner Yesterday Wendy's. Don't ask. Breakfast Toast, Banana, Milk Lunch Today Sidecar: Ginger Chicken & Carrot Slices over Chive Rice Bottom Tier: Salad w/Mushrooms, Cucumbers, a little extra Carrots, &Grape Tomatoes Top Tier: this tier is brought to you by the color yellow...Yellow Apple slices, Vanilla Yogurt, String Cheese I cut the carrot slices really thin in the hopes that they will "cook up" when I microwave them with the chicken and rice. It's a nice day, sort of--the sun keeps going in and out of the clouds, but it doesn't feel nearly as cold. I woke up with a mild headache, but Tylenol kicked it out of the park this time around.
