2008-02-08 10:34 AM Friday Already?! Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (0) Where did this week go? Lord! It's just been crazy busy!
Accomplishments Okay, so no exercise today, other than the usual up and down stairs half a dozen times to go to the restroom, but I think yesterday's mall excursion was good for at least 2 days. I was pretty tuckered when I got home! Dinner Yesterday Hamburger (no condiments because places tend to put on too much and seem to not know what "easy sauce" means) Fries Chocolate-Strawberry Kiss Shake Breakfast Egg Toast Milk Lunch Today Sidecar: Honey Teriyaki Chicken & Chive Rice Top Tier: Vanilla Pudding in heart cup, Babybel, Carrot sticks (under Babybel), Graham Crackers Bottom Tier: Ranch Dressing, Celery & Carrot Sticks Youngest is home sick and got the same thing, but also has a Crab Rangoon with her chicken and rice--one of the too sweet ones from the takeout place. Hub, on the other hand, is probably going to buy a burger since I didn't make these last night (the mall REALLY wore me out). Funny thing is, I'm not all that envious of him--I'm finding burgers and stuff don't sit well with me much anymore. I like them occasionally, but not as much as I used to. I made the chicken a little differently this time. I used a store bought Honey Teriyaki and added extra honey, marinated the chicken for about 45 minutes or so, then cooked it up the same way I would as if I were doing the whole thing from scratch. No fruit--we're out at the moment (but that should be taken care of by tomorrow night). Still busy--I've been trying to figure out what to do today. I'm still behind on the editing, but today is supposed to be my day for writing. I think I'll do an hour or two of editing stuff, then work on my own writing.
