2008-02-09 11:28 AM Yay! Weekend! Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (0) The weather is better, I'm feeling better, I'm really hoping it's going to be a good weekend.
Accomplishments I lied yesterday. More walking. Grocery store type, but even that can be a real trial for me. Dinner Yesterday Fish Mac & Cheese Broccoli Olive Loaf Breakfast Blueberry Muffin Milk Lunch Today Sidecar: Hickory & Honey Glazed Pork & Green Bell Pepper, Chive Rice w/Paprika Bottom Tier: (canned) Pineapple, (fresh) Strawberries, (frozen) Blueberries Top Tier: Babybel, Cherry Tomato, Carrots, Ranch Dressing, Cashews for filler We picked up a lot of bento foods yesterday, so our grocery bill was quite a bit bigger than usual. But, for meats we're covered for the next 10 days, plus we still have some frozen quiches and popovers which will take us to 2 weeks. AND I'll be making some salmon parcels to try as well. If those work out, we may end up having up to 3 weeks of proteins all settled for us. The fruits and veggies will generally go pretty quickly, but we can buy those a few at a time each week. Helps prevent spoilage. Weather: Sunny! Almost warm! Mood: Good--no pain! ;) Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
