DA: And now your host for “Whatever Happened To…?” one of the star’s of TV’s “Happy Days” DON MOST!DM: Hi! Good evening, and welcome to Silly Thinking’s Whatever Happened To…? You know when I told people I was going to be on this show most of them thought I was the subject of the show, not the host. But I want to assure everyone that this is not the weekend and I’m not dead. I’m really here and really alive. Dead Announcer: Oh. You’re alive? DM: Look everyone! The host of Silly Thinking’s A Few Moments With Dead Celebrities, Dead Announcer. Yes, I’m alive. DA: Oh, rats. I came all the way to the studio for nothing. When I heard you were on I just assumed you’d need me. DM: Ha, ha. Nope. I’m alive and in good health. Sorry. DA: Rats. DM: Dead announcer everyone. But seriously, “S.T.” gets hundreds of letters everyday wondering what happened to their favorite “Silly Thinking” personalities after they leave “S.T.” so we thought we’d let you in on the goings on of these great personalities. Like Lawrence J. Silly. He was the CEO and vice co- director of “Silly Thinking” up until four months ago when he resigned to explore new opportunities. And even though he wouldn’t let us interview him we found him in Minnesota in his new position. Lawrence J. Silly now manages an exciting paper box website for the United American Paper Company. Good luck Larry! Another “S.T.” alum is Pepper The Cat. Pepper ran Silly Thinking in October and November of last year before being ousted in a coo. Where is he now? Pepper is retired and lives in Mendocino California. Best of luck Pepper and stop by anytime! DM: Elliot Gould is another popular “S.T.” personality that we haven’t seen since “The Silly Awards” in January. Where is he now? Let’s ask him, live via satellite. Hi Elliot. EG: Uh huh. DM: Hey Elliot Gould, where are you know? EG: I’m at home in Los Angeles. I still get a little TV work now and again. DM: Thank you Elliot Gould. Keep up the good work and see you at the movies! Former President Ronald Reagan is a frequent guest on Silly Thinking. Hello Mister Former President. Where are you now? RR: Mommy! That thing with the magic pictures is talking to me again. Well. Ohh I’m scared. DM: Ha, ha. Keep ‘em coming Gip! A few months ago Linda Blare took over the network in a coo. But through a clerical error we thought she was Linda Blair, the actress. Unfortunately Linda Blare is in an insane asylum in Foxborough England now and can’t talk to us. But we wish her good luck and get well soon Linda. Linda Blair joins us now on our live S.T. satellite. Hi Linda! LB: Hi, Anson. DM: It’s Don...Don Most. LB: Oh. DM: Linda, where are you now? LB: Well, Ralph, I’m in Palm Springs California dedicating the new lobby for the Vacuna Spa and Tennis Club and… Anson Williams: Did someone call me? DM: Anson Williams? What are you doing here? AW: I dunno. I got nothing these days. I heard my name and came right over. DM: Get out of here. I’m on Silly Thinking. AW: Oh. You mean that magic box that talks to me. That scares me. DM: Get out! AW: Bye. DM: Anson Williams everybody. Another popular favorite around here was Molly Ringwald. In fact Molly was supposed to have her own show right here on “S.T.” but their were legal problems with Douglas Lain that are still pending in court. Molly can’t join us today but we wish her the best. Give him hell Molly! DM: And finally tonight, the mystery of “Celebrinet” host Sy Gold is solved! That’s right! In an exclusive “Where are They Now” report we have good news for all you “Celebrinet” fans! As you know last December Sy and his beautiful wife Susan went on a cruise to the Fajita Islands, but never made it to their destination. After a horrible accident Sy ended up in a coma. He lay unconscious for months, weeks, and S.T. had no choice but to reluctantly cancel his show and not renew his contract and health insurance, but this story does have a happy ending! Sy came out of his coma and is better than ever and is now a feature contributor to National Geographic for Kids magazine. Sy and Susan are standing by in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. SG: Hi ya kiddies! DM: Hi to you Sy Gold. How ya feeling? SG: GREATAROONIE! Never better. DM: And your working at National Geographic for Kids Magazine? SG: RIGHTAROONIE! Doing great. They treat me swell. Got no complaintaroonie with them. DM: Are you doing Celebrinet? SG: No. Celebrity profiles and gossip. Salacious tid bits on all your favorites. All that shit. DM: And is that your beautiful wife Susan? Susan G: Hi, Don! Hi, everyone. DM: Looking great Susan. Susan G: Thanks. And I just want to say that I hope this lawsuit with you folks can be settled out of court. And this proves there is a God. DM: Amen, Golds, and good luck! And that’s Amen for our show. Hope you had a good time! I’ll see you at Arnold’s malt shop! Good night everybody! This has been a pre- recorded special presentation from Silly Thinking. When there’s nothing happening in your life there’s always something special at Silly Thinking! Jim Farris presents Silly Thinking with Douglas Lain. Have you Silly Thinking lately?
