Episode 8 In an operating room. Dr: Alright nurse, I’m ready for the incision. Could I have the clamp? N: Yes, Doctor. Dr: He’s flatlined. Nurse the paddles. Dr: One, two three…. Dr: One, two three…. N: He’s not responding doctor. Dr: I know that, nurse. Let’s try it again. One… two… three… N: I’m afraid it’s no use doctor. TD: I’ll take over now doctor and nurse. N: Tippi Daniels, chief investigator of Doctors and Nurses Hospital Investigation unit! What are you doing here? D: Yes. Who are you and what are you doing here? TD: My job doctor and nurse as Tippi Daniels… Patient: I… uh. Hello? TD:… Chief Investigator of Doctors and…. Patient: I’m feeling better. N: Doctor. The patient. Dr: I see that. Save your speech Ms. Daniels. TD: MISS Daniels. Dr: Ms. Miss, get out of my way. I’ve got a patient to save! TD: … and Nurses Hospital Investigation… Dr: Out of my way. TD: …Unit. (24 hours later) (in the commissary) CA: Wow Tippi. What happened in that operating room? TD: I don’t know Chief Administrator. That patient should have died. Maybe I’m loosing my touch. CA: Touch? Man at next table: I… I… Woman: Oh my God. Frank! Frank! Are you alright? TD: That’s alright Miss... W: MS! TD: Really? Hum. Anyway. I’ll take over now, and do my job as Doctors and Nurses… M: Ha ha!
