A Special Message from ST.

Here is President and CEO of ST Networks Worldwide, Mister Robert C. Keltner.

RK: Hello, I’m Robert C. Keltner, President and CEO of ST Networks Worldwide. As many of you know, yesterday, April 12th, 2005 we were victim of a major malfunction that caused ST to go off the air starting early in the morning Eastern time and continuing till late in the afternoon Pacific.

I just want you, the viewers, to know we appreciated all the many cards, letters, phone calls, and the like from you, the viewers, alerting us to the problem and the many of you, all over the world, that were concerned.

We here at ST U.S. and ST the world over, went to work on the problem and found out it truly was a technical problem beyond our control. It turned out to be a problem with one of our “servers”. For those of you who don’t know, we here at ST have outsourced our ability to be with you in your home and offices to another company, Journal Escape.
we immediately were in communication with Journal Escape, who are headquartered in Sanghi, India,

to access the problem. In fact we have sent one of our technical support people to India to help shore up any problems they may have in the future.

sincerely hope this technical problem was not to much of a hardship for you and apologize to you, our loyal viewers, and want to assure you that all your favorite ST shows, like “Doctors and Nurses Investigation Security”, David Lain’s “Four Is Not Enough” show, “SSST/X” , "Blogging!", and Connie…. Connie’s news out of New York, be it that volcano or the Royal Wedding. will go on as planned.
