So I called the insurance company (MM) to check out my ex-employer's (L) story. And according to MM, there are no records of L attempting to get ahold of them.

So I call L. And they tell me that they finally have access to records that they didn't have before - the ones from A that show that what coverage I paid for and when; the same records they told me they had weeks ago. And the f***ing supervisor still wouldn't get on the phone with me.

So I told the guy that they had until 1:00pm to call me back and tell me it's taken care of or I was calling a lawyer.

I'm so f***ing pissed off right now. I left my job 12/26/04. I received paperwork for COBRA in the middle of February. My check was cashed and my info sent to L on 2/28/05. And they still can't get their collective head out of their collective ass.
