I'm at work. I will be at work until 3. After that, I will go and take Sean to work, and then you know what I'm going to do?

I'm going to go home, and take a hot shower. I am going to wash my hair with the ever-so-lovely new Dove shampoo (I got the intense moisture kind--it makes my hair feel all soft and it smells nice too). I may even deep condition, I'm not sure. I'm going to use a shower soap that has moisture beads in it (vitamin E, and also smells lovely). I am going to get out of the shower (wish I had a bath-tub!) and comb out my hair, and go and re-watch some Buffy, or maybe some Angel. I am going to make a cup of lovely green tea (thanks Traci) in a mug with Pepe Le Pew or Marvin the Martian on it, and sit and relax and watch Wheaten attack Sierra in front of the television, while I try to watch Buffy or Angel.

I'm going to paint my toenails red.

I know there are times when you have to get work done. Today I put in my resume for a local clerkship, put together a legal writing sample to send out, requested transcripts be sent for both my bar application and my job application, and applied for the MPRE (ethics exam). I got a lot of things done.

I already have a poetry sub at Strange Horizons (1 month now) and I sent one to Dreams and Nightmares yesterday. I have several poems I want to send out, but I'm not sure where yet, so I'll wait. I'll get them formatted for print submission and ready to go when I decide where to send them.

And later I'm stealing a few hours as time to relax. I can study for my final later.

It is now 1:35p. I am at work until 3. Scented soap, here I come.
