2004-04-28 8:34 AM well, crap Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (6) I think I have a cold. It was freezing here yesterday (it's only 34 right now), and I was out in the hail/snow/etc. a lot, and was sneezing from the very beginning. I hate it when the temperature zigzags from hot to cold--my body doesn't do well with the transition. (Can't complain too much though, cold days have been very scarce around here recently.)
So I'm all stuffy and drippy and my nose is a little sore. Otherwise I'm pretty much fine--I feel a little tired, and there's the barest beginning of a headache from sniffling. Those are the things that will make me really unhappy by the end of the day, I bet. I can't be sure it's a cold, since the allergy/pollen index for the area is through the roof. And we all know I have allergies. But I've had those relatively under control, which makes me think this is a legit cold. Bleh. Dosed the Vitamin C and thinking about packing the chicken soup for lunch. Otherwise things are going pretty well. Current greatest concern is integrating Sean's cat Ciddy with my two cats. This apartment has only a door on the bathroom, so we can't keep the cats separated by a door for a month (the bathroom is tiny). I think we're just going to get the place pretty clean, to minimize chaos, and let them go. (Give Ciddy a corner upstairs with her own food, water, and litter box, and see how it goes.) Suggestions welcome. Ah, spring in Morgantown. :) It's supposed to reach 60 degrees today. Read/Post Comments (6) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
