I think that I will make a new year's resolution I can keep this time.
In 2004 I will not learn to snowboard.
That is a pretty safe bet. Are safe bets cheating? I don't care. I am not going to resolve to lose 60 pounds. I might do it, but I am not ready to commit to doing it. It will a very busy and happy year.
