Former MP and law school graduate Phil Carter remarks on the army abuse allegations, and recommends full military prosecutions all along the chain of command from grunts through the officer corps. His remarks on the administrative discipline now in view are also instructive.

Of especial interest are the laws Phil points out which allow us to prosecute non-military government contractors and operators for exactly this kind of crap. Hopefully the leadership will go for the kill.

Literally, I hope a few of these guys hang for it.
