You know, one of the joys of this journal is getting to share certain accomplishments or events that happen only once in a career. Writing's a tough gig. I wake up at four every morning in order to get my pages in before work, then send it out and start on the next story or book.

But every once in a while, you hit a little personal milestone that bears a small celebration. It may not mean anything to any of you out there, but to me it's huge. Today I get to celebrate the first time I share the same author's page with Gene Wolfe.

Like I said. It's one of those small things that may not mean anything to anyone else. Me? I'm doing a happy dance today.
