I am off to Bouchercon in chilly Madison, Wisconsin. For those of you that will be there, I will see you there. For those of you that cannot attend, sorry about that. I may be posting from there, as my roommate is bringing his laptop. I do hope to do some writing while I'm there. Bouchercon is always good for inspiration.

It's also good for not sleeping, buying too many books, and drinking in excess. Yeah, well that's why I took Monday off.

And, yes, Jenny, I will be there Monday night, probably looking very tired, but hopefully with new pages.

I finally got around to posting this. My apologies to my more squeamish readers. This is the minor injury I sustained during my Martial Arts test on September 9.



If you look closely at the shin, you can see the bump. That was the point of impact. The bruising on the foot was caused by internal bleeding, or so my sensei told me.

It looks worse that it really hurt. Uh-huh.
