Marc has this wooden board puzzle that has cut outs of animal pictures. You match the wooden pieces with the animal pictures. He got it for his first birthday and does it very easily now. He likes to name the animals as he places them in. I was listening to him the other day and this is what I heard: "Lion, Monket (monkey), bear, horsie, yeti". Yes, that's right. Yeti. lol And what is he calling a yeti? The penguin of course. :) One of his favorite shows is The Backyardigans. In one of the episodes, Pablo who is a penguin, is pretending to be a yeti and the other kids are arctic explorers trying to find him. Now, whenever he watches the show and names the characters, it's Tasha, Tyrone, Austin, Uniqua, and Yeti. Apparently all penguins are now yetis too. :)
