I was talking to my mom in the car about how my journal has gotten all tame compared to the irreverence and exaggeration prevalent in my journal dating back from my time in Japan.

I explained that while I could go on about mommy cliques in Mia's preschool, and clashes between Japanese and American style expectations, etc. etc., it's too dangerous.

There's a big difference between my going off about teachers and schools in Japan and doing it about schools here. People here read English.
