2006-10-25 4:59 PM Gay marriage in New Jersey Gay couples have the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples under the New Jersey state constitution, the state Supreme Court rules. Ten bucks says if they can't stop the homos from marrying, they'll limit what marriage means, except in certain heterosexual cases that conform to apparently fair criteria.
