Since I arrived in Maryland, one of the things I've noticed is that there aren't any men with long hair. You just can't find them, unless you know where to look, namely Jenn's long time friend, Rick.

Jenn and I went and visited with Rick and Audrey, soon to be married... like next Saturday! We hung out with them, played a game and helped make wedding favors. I have to say, I really enjoyed myself, Rick and Audrey are very good and genuine people, I can see why Jenn likes them so much.

There was a fabulous rain/thunder/lighting storm that night while we were there, and it got worse while we drove home. It reminded me of growing up in Riverside, CA (which actually gets rain and lightning, unlike Los Angeles). However, I was so excited about the lightning, that I left Jenn's camera at their house! I felt like such an idiot, because we were going to a wedding the next day. :(
