So, I've managed to ruin my entire day by watching 20 minutes of the news.

First, I get to hear a commentary from a local newscaster about the current bill being discussed to increase the FBI's ability to tap phones, intall security cameras on city streets, etc. He talked about how places that have installed security cameras have a much lower crime rate. That's a great start.. however, then he started talking about how civil liberties often need to be "modified" in a "time of war." It just got worse from there.. I felt like I could see political agenda flashing on a big neon sign behind him. *sigh*

I also found out the FBI just released a warning stating they have information that we are going to be attacked again within the next few days. They don't know what it is, but they believe it's going to happen... and Jenn is flying to Texas this weekend. :(

I doubt I'll be able to sleep tonight.
