Will we find weapons?
In my opinion... well DUH, of course we're going to find weapons in Iraq. The only question in my mind is...
Are we going to find them or are we going to "find" them?
In other words, the US needs to find them so the CIA is going to make sure it happens even if they have to falsely plant them. The US needs to be vindicated in its invasion of another country.
