Last time in Dallas my friend Lori took us to the Pocket Sandwich Theatre, so on this trip we joined her and her family for another show: "Ebenezer Scrooge," a musical based on "A Christmas Carol." Shelley's former college roommate and her fiancee drove up from Austin to join us for that.

We liked it quite a bit, especially the actors who played Scrooge and Tiny Tim. A well-cast, diminutive five-year-old boy played and sang Tiny Tim's part very well. After the show we all drove back for a couple chocolate pies, pumpkin pie, fudge and some conversation. It was great to see old friends and catch up on all their doings.

We took these two out for photos, and I shot about 250 just holding down the shutter release, hoping for something to turn out okay. Ever try to photograph two kids this young? Not too easy. I'll post a few more that came out okay in Kelley's web site during its next update in a few days.
