I tend to binge on music - listen to a particular song over and over and over... Today, I'm listening to "The Great Below" by Nine Inch Nails over and over and over...probably about an accumulated 2 hours so far. It's a grim, wistful song. Probably not the best thing to listen to before teaching. But it doesn't make me feel too violent. I try to listen to more, um, appropriate music while grading exams.

I also listen to entire albums over and over again. Most notably, I do this with the Star Wars soundtracks. The next binge on those will likely happen in November, after the release of the trailer for Episode II . Consider yourself warned.
