I just bought tickets for a midnight showing of Episode III. Tickets quietly went on sale yesterday or today in most locations. I've decided against the big theater with the lineup this time around - must be growing out of my geekdom. (not likely) Instead, I'll be attending a smaller theater, but will probably hit the Cine Capri later that week.

For you Angelenos, the Arclight Cinerama dome is already sold out for midnight and the entire first day.
