In an 11 hour period today, I taught for almost ten hours. Two physics lectures, two astronomy lectures, and two astronomy labs. To put this in perspective, many of my colleagues at universities take about 3 weeks to get 10 hours of classroom time.

My feet hurt.

It was fun, though. I subbed for the two physics lectures and got to turn back exams and go over problem-solving. I taked about Uranus, Neptune, and spiral galaxies. And I looked at Jupiter, Saturn, the Orion Nebula, the Pleiades, Betelgeuse, Sirius, Mizar, and the Moon through telescopes. Pretty!
