It's the "Star Wars Holiday Special!" Well, it's 5 minutes of it. If you want to see the whole thing, feel free to go to YouTube and search for it. It's downright awful, but this 5 minute clip shows you all the highlights (lowlights). Luca$film really needs to release this on dvd. I don't know, maybe he could add a CGI Santa sitting on an X-Wing being pulled by nine taun-tauns, the lead with a red lightsaber tip as its nose, to make it worth his while.
