2005-04-22 9:56 AM Music - the greatest human invention? I'm amazed by the power of music in my life. I cried twice yesterday because of songs I heard -- one in my car and one in the back of a used cd store while sampling a cd. One song had me crying out of longing (Somewhere, from West Side Story, performed by Streisand). The other song had me laughing with tears because it created a moment of simple joy (Trashin' the Camp, from the Tarzan soundtrack).
