health, week 3

Down a 1/2 pound this week, for 5 1/2 total. 74 1/2 to go.
Took a half hour walk this morning. Going to try to start adding a little exercise, gradually working it in.

Did a fair amount of physical work this weekend (stretching some muscles I forgot that I had), sanding down a rusty metal aquarium stand (I am not a fan of metal aquarium stands but I got a bargain, and it holds two tanks), then priming and painting. Then breaking down one tank so I could move it downstairs and onto the stand. Had to swap the interior decorations for two tanks as well. Nothing heavy duty, but it feels good to have worked out some back and glute muscles enough to make them mildly unhappy today.
