so, the girl here at work who's so pissed that i'm leaving is actually dumping all kinds of stuff on me these last 2 days. stuff that shoulda been done months ago - and she expects me to get it all done in two days??? i don't think so.

i have always offered to help everyone here because there's never been enough work to keep me busy. and she always says she'll give me stuff to do, and she does from time to time, but often when she says she'll bring me something to do she gets busy on a phone conversation - for 2, sometimes 3 hours at a time. i know this because i have the switchboard and it shows who's on calls and who's not. truly, i've had to call someone else to come and watch the phone just so i can go pee!!!!!!

anyhoo, she just gave me files to clean out that were supposed to be done in december.

december.... isn't it june?????? don'tcha think the supervisor would get tired of covering her ass after 10 years???

anyhow, we have a temp coming at one today that i have to train, so she's not going to get a whole lot more outta me. i can't very well train the new person while i'm doing her work.

besides, i just took the new files back to her and she was, of course, on the phone, desk cleared, feet propped up, relaxed, chatting away.......

the nerve.....i'd be ashamed of myself. it's actually getting to be sort of funny now. cuz i'm SO outta here...!!!!!

she said she'd bring me some more stuff to do when she gets off the phone.

yeah, right. good luck with that!!!
