the local library cleans house on occasion, and for a donation (anything, a fuckin dollar'll do it, the one woman said) ya grab what ya want. Ill prolly toss a $20 in the kitty when I go in cuz I was broke yesterday when I raided the shelves. heres what I got: hardback dean koontz--dragon tears danielle steel--the ghost (vic's pick, she liked the pretty cover) patricia cornwell--portrait of a killer...(about jack the ripper. actually, according to the flap, sounds really cool) whitley strieber--the hunger john sandford--hidden prey...(I have another of his books in this series and never looked at it...I dunno what its like but Ill let ya know) nelson demille--the lion's game (I like this guy, very high suspense wrapped around real-life events michael connelly--echo park...dont remember reading any of his stuff james patterson--5th horseman (this is his 'women's murder club' stuff. it'll have to be a I-got-nothing-else-to-read nights for me to read this one paperbacks clive cussler--black wind...I heard this dude does too much detail and is hard to follow... dan brown--da vinci code...I had this but musta lent it out. Ill prolly reread it one day, it is a really good book J.A. Jance--edge of evil...looks good, if I may be so bold as to judge a book by its cover... ken goodard--double blind gayle wilson--bogeyman...I liked the title...lol eileen dreyer--bad medicine...bunch of pills on the cover, it cant be all that bad plus, in paperback, I got a paul harvey thing, a beetle baley thing, and a love your cat thing. these three went straight to the bathroom for poop reading... aside from one of my buddys pointing a gun at his head and ending it all tuesday night, things are pretty much the same as always...
