Remember the trips down the stairs in the sleeping bag? Remember crumpling at the bottom in a little heap?

C likes to do it, sans sleeping bag. She situates herself with her tummy against the stairs, and then just bumpity-bumps all the way down. She uses her arms and legs to steady herself and keep herself from building up too much speed, and Mommy stands a few steps below her at all times, just in case she loses control. But it is the funniest thing ever. I don't know why but I keep picturing her sliding down a fire pole someday.

Note: the aforementioned sleeping bag activity is recommended in a nylon sleeping bag and on carpeted stairs only. Like most kid activities, it is hilarious fun, but you WILL bruise.
