Update:

M woke up twice last night, and then at 4:45 for good.

R dispensed with the first wake-up, and tried with the second, but she wanted to nurse. He also got up with her this morning.

So I feel pretty great and *he* feels like I did yesterday. Which is a little gratifying since he was so philosophical about it all yesterday--that's much easier to do when you're rested! I do feel bad for him though.

I woke up this morning having decided to take M to the doctor just to rule out ear infection. Then C came down the stairs with a rash all over her face and eyes swollen and I thought, "Guess I'll be taking both of them."

Both are at VBS now. The Dr. just thought it was a contact thing although she didn't rule out something she ate. But not contagious. M has fluid in one ear but it's clear at this point. She also got the four shots she didn't get last week because of her fever.

Meanwhile my jaw is killing me (clench at night much?) and I have a weird hard blister thing on the inside of my lip.

We're just a collective disaster today!
