Yes, I stand corrected--or rather the writer of the oxymoron item stands corrected and I also for perpetuating it. I suppose this is how history has been rewritten--by the victors--and if recent history, so easily accessible in the Information Age is so readily revised, how much faith can we have in the tales of centuries/millenia gone? No wonder those who work with the law keep shelves and shelves of actual cases, not just the studies, not only third party references, but the actual findings and transcripts and stuff.
