Only a normal flow of phone calls with complaints, comments, questions and requests today. The last couple of weeks have been so insane that having a normal day feels like a holiday. Huzzah!

Now I have someone dancing and running tippy-toe and waving his arms around outside my office. He's not a native speaker of English and he's trying to describe a problem in his office.

Aahhh...what he needs is toner for his copying machine. I wonder if we could call that performance of his Swing Lake? He did manage to get his point across, though.

Some days I'd like to pretend my name is something else; then I could answer the phone and say, "You want Sarah? Sarah who? Sorry, no Sarah in this office." Click. Buzz.
