CBS has fired 4 people over the Bush National Guard story.

When was the last time you heard of several staff people being fired for anything other than plagiarism? I have heard the media called the tame lapdog of the big corporations--and we know who's cozy with them.

And did you notice that 3 of the 4 are women? Would CBS have fought harder for them if they were good ol' boys?

Or am I just getting paranoid in my old age?
