A confidential Ministry of Defence report on Unidentified Flying Objects has concluded that there is no proof of alien life forms.

In spite of the secrecy surrounding the UFO study, it seems citizens of planet Earth have little to worry about.

The report, which was completed in 2000 and stamped "Secret: UK Eyes Only", has been made public for the first time.

Now, honestly, this is news? If there were alien life forms found, do you honestly expect it to be confirmed by anyone's government? And if there are no alien life forms, well, there you are.

Why on earth was such a "plain vanilla" report made top secret for six years and the author's name still kept confidential? Probably to protect him from embarrassment and harassment. Certainly not from the plaudits of scientists worldwide.
