The tomatoes are stressed. I put up more permanent shade for them, and watered them well early this morning. I don't know whether the water will keep them cool or provide the broth for them to stew in.
The cats are smart. They lie in the bathroom sink or on the tile. Except Max, who lies on the concrete slab between the kitchen door and the garage and complains about the heat. But what else do you expect from a male? Common sense? Hah. I've set up a project to work on which does not require a computer--correlating two reports and analyzing the results. I'm going to invite myself into the office of one of my supervisors (they work for me; they can't really say "no") to enjoy OPAC. It's either that or go home. MS has no mercy where overheating is concerned. Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
