I went home last night, crawled under the covers, snuggled up next to the cat, and slept for 10 hours. After being cold all day (I get cold when I'm coming down with something), I was finally warm and comfortable.

I got up at some point during that 10 hours, staggered around making myself and my husband something to eat, then went back to bed. Not scintillating company or conversation, but I was way past caring.

Feel better this morning and so, seemingly, does hubby. Headache and upset stomach gone. Only a little cough left over. Let's hope it was just a passing thing. Taking vitamin C and zinc and hoping for the best. I cannot get sick, not now. For one thing, I don't have the sick time available. For another, there's just too much to do.
