Taking Care of Business--
Not a word of reproach for the torture by waterboarding (and other measures) approved by President Bush and his administration, for fear of offending delicate GOP sensibilities and/or the intelligence community.
But nice to know the Congress is johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to censure of a Democrat (Rangel) with all attendant publicity. No fear of reprisal by the spineless Democrats, who clearly will not speak up, no matter the danger to the country or its citizens.
The Republicans can object, obstruct, oppose without anyone to stand up to them.
Taking care of business means something akin to personal vendetta. Who is looking out for the weal of the nation?
