Egad, I sound like Pollyanna, but honestly today is just about positively perfect in every way. The temperature is 61 degrees, bright sunny day, with just a zephyr to keep the air fresh.

No chest pain when I walked--I was able to do the whole 30 minutes without stopping (except once briefly to check out a little bird who was watching me back). I find I'm so grateful for pain free days, and even when it hurts, it's nothing compared to what some people endure, day after day.

Well, enough of Pollyanna. Must find something to complain about. Hmmm...coffee's cold. Grump.
