I find my television viewing habits a bit scattershot. I watch the FoodNetwork, Comedy Channel, VH1 and Animal Planet the most. If you asked me 15 years ago, it would have been MTV, BET, and ESPN. Yeah not much difference but I can tell. I remember the good old days with no remote or cable. Such misery. Forced to watch your parents programming and even used as a tool to change channels. Too much Smothers Brothers and other variety shows including Lawrence Welk. Lawrence Welk!! Well the government eventually got the TV mindnumbing program right. Visual Zoloft if you will.
