That quote is courtesy of Gwenda Bonds reminiscing of Sixteen Candles and other 80 movies. Who said it? You know come on.

I am now officially 35 today. Another millstone or milestone. Last night I went to a little birthday get together the gang at work was throwing me. It was supposed to be small maybe 6 people. We had it at this local watering hole near a couple of factories. If I hadn't mentioned this before I'm in management but these people are union employees that I'm in charge of. I had at least 35 to 40 people show up who heard it was my birthday. Work policy is not to fraternize with union employees. The love was shown to me last night and every person spoke with me about how much they liked working for me. Makes me realize I shouldn't be in management, it's too hard to rule fairly anymore. Where is that writing contract at?

I wrote 2,344 crappy words in two days. Those words made a crappy short story. And that whole crap was my birthday present to myself. I wrote which was all that matters to me.
