I belong to the Lynnwood Cycle Barn's Women's Motorcycle Club. We have met and finalized our summer ride calendar. In addition, I have a few favorite rides I do each year; I'm going to be one busy girl! Here are the places we're going (WMC or just me and a friend). All of them are noteworthy, some of them are downright spectacular. All are in WA, and all women-only, unless otherwise noted:
March 17 - Deception Pass
March 31 - Port Townsend
April 14 - Ice Caves, North Cascades
April 28 - Hood Canal west
May 12 - Tiger Mountain (yours truly in the lead)
May 26/27 - Oregon Coast
June 9 - Snoqualmie Falls
June 22-24 - Vancouver Island, BC (Tofino) - co-ed ride, friends and family welcome
July 14 - Hurricane Ridge
July 20-22 - Lava Run in E. WA (not WMC, all are welcome; check web for details)
July 28 - Hood Canal east
August 10-12 - Doe Bay (Elsa leads again)
August 25th - Bainbridge Island
September 8 - Marblemount - co-ed ride
September 22-23 - Winthrop
October 13 - Chuckanut Drive and Highway 9
October 27th - LaConner
