Today we massaged everyone who hauled themselves in for free chair massages. I had six people, which means I earned extra credit (5 or more bodies gets you extra credit). Clients were allowed to come through more than once, and many did. Here were mine:

1. Tall White Guy said on his intake form that he had never had a massage. I took it easy on him, using light-to-medium pressure. His feedback indicated that I could have used more. He liked GangstaBoy's massage better.

2. Teacher Gal, who teaches later terms than the one I'm in, told my teacher that I had the skillz. She is fond of saying "bring it!" and I am fond of responding, "It's already been broughten!" I am gratified that she approved of my massage. I have a need to please strong women. Don't analyze that.

3. HikerGal stopped in during her busy day, before taking a lovely meeting with a large rental client. We talked the whole time, and didn't even mention the Cajun once. Good girls, both of us! She gave me glowing comments. Thanks, ma'am, if you're reading this!

4. AdminChick works in our school, and was recruited when our client flow got slow. She noted that I had perfect pressure. Purrrrrrr.

5. HippieChick and I exchanged massages when there were no clients to be had. It counted toward our five. She is good at chair massage, and always makes me feel more relaxed. I made her almost fall asleep. We talked about how much fun it would be to go "on tour" (follow a band around) and do chair massage. Cha-ching.

6. HippeBoy seemed to be a seasoned massage whore and eagerly sat for the last massage time of the night. He said, with certainty in his voice, "you can use as much pressure as you want," and then commented on my feedback form that the tapotement (pounding) at the end could have been lighter. Be careful what you wish for, child, for the Universe may give you exactly what you asked for. No harm, no foul.

Chair massage is energetic, fun, upbeat, and lucrative. I like that combination.
